The 10 kV energy efficient SCB series epoxy resin cast dry type power transformers are rated at 10 kV with a maximum capacity of 5,000 kVA, and are designed for three-phase, 50/60 Hz power supply systems. The products comply with international and national standards including IEC 60076, GB/T 10228, GB/T 1094, and GB 20052-2024. The company holds ISO 9001 certifications for quality, environment, and occupational health and safety, as well as UL, CE, and ASTA certifications. These transformers are widely used in airports, railway stations, urban subways, high-rise buildings, power plants, data centres, and various industrial distribution applications – particularly excelling in flammable, explosive, or safety-critical environments.
Core manufacturing technology: The company utilises fully automatic JOERG cross-cutting lines and robotic stacking lines, supported by automated warehouses and AGV conveying systems, ensuring high core processing precision. Compared with conventional manual stacking, transformer noise is reduced by 5 dB and no-load losses by 5%.
High overload capability: Capable of operating at 150% of rated load under forced-air cooling conditions, suitable for applications with significant load fluctuations.
High mechanical strength and strong short-circuit withstand capability: The vacuum-cast epoxy resin coils, combined with ampere-turn balance design, endow the coils with excellent short-circuit strength. The insulation level for 10 kV class reaches LI75AC35/AC3.
